    Right on. It’s so deeply human that no other animal has been observed to be as cruel as we are to each other and our environment.

              Dude, the average chimpanzee tribe is only about three dozen individuals and there are maybe a quarter million chimps in the world. We’re not special in our cruelty, we’re just populous.

            True, but they don’t industrialize it.

            That industrialization counts for something, AND so does needless-sadism as a specialization, which … ttbomk … nature doesn’t produce quite so regularly among normal animals.


            We’re basically industrialized chimps/baboons, when we COULD have been Homo Humanus, upright-humans.
