For added entertainment, they sometimes Don’t Get It and what they say is “subtle” is, in fact, right in your face.

e.g. they say Monster Hunter Wilds is “subtly pro-climate action” which is like saying a tungsten cube is “slightly hefty” or Life Is Strange is “a little bit gay”

    Elden Ring
    Contains overtly pro-LGBTQ+ messaging. Uses body type in place of biological sex during character creation.

    They only made it to the character creator. Nothing about the gender-changing Goddess, the way you can marry Ranni and she doesn’t care about your gender or the way that no character blinks when you change your body type in the middle of the game.

    There’s also nothing about colonialism, racism, or genocide being portrait as being bad, but they aren’t very media literate.

    As funny as it is to meme on these douchebags. There are some disturbing entries.

    Contains subtly anti-patriarchy messaging. The npc Faye was raised by her mother who ran away once Faye’s father hit her. ‘Once is enough. When he struck her it finally broke the hold he had over her’

    According to these people, escaping abuse is not okay.
