No candidate is owed your vote, no matter what, no matter who the opposition is. Earn the vote. Dems did this just as much as trump is doing it.

Even then it doesn’t. Palestinians have been there for thousands of years. They didn’t just appear overnight. They’re the remnants of Canaanites and Jews who stayed after they were exiled. Many of them adopted Islam and Arab culture during the conquests. Arabs didn’t come in and wipe out the indigenous population and replace them. Same with Egyptian, Libyan, and Turkish people. That’s why they’re not all the same and have drastically different cultures and languages, and not just standard Arabic.
