The fee fucking of small businesses in NYC was pretty out of hand tbh. It’s a large part of the two chases across the street from each other phenomenon where only giant orgs can afford to set up shop there, sometimes just to squat on the building for investments.

Lots of spouses and children finding out their dad is even more of a piece of shit than they suspected today.
