They are concerned with keeping the momentum moving forward. This is the NY Post trying to use their influence to delegitimize the organization by attacking a member in power.

This guys family owning multiple properties isn’t ideal, but it’s not the unforgivable transgression they imply it to be. DSA is getting more national traction and conversation than ever, so publications with interest in stopping that momentum are going to put out pieces like this to try and INCITE infighting.

Good rule of thumb is never read anything NY Post writes. Even if this does bring about or coincide with a resignation/change in leadership, it’s a non-issue.
