It should be 100% tax after an amount is reached - lets say 1 billion. At that level your quality life could not be improved by more money. Anything over that is just used to buy influence and corrupt and it’s hurting society. It’s running up the score on a game you already “won.” All money after that should be your contribution to the society that created your wealth. They can put the extra money you were taxed to help society on a big score board so you can feel special and thumb your nose at your billion dollar club buddies.
