No because Germany wants to keep their plausible deniability for violating the ICC arrest warrant. It is Netanyahu’s plane he uses to travel to the US and elsewhere so it’s highly likely that he used it to hide in Germany.
He hid it in Berlin before, it’s a representative and extremely pricey asset that is easy to target. Sending that damn plane to Germany without him in it has become standard practice.

Oh I thought there was a concrete suspicion, my bad. But what do we need bunkers for in Germany, just bomb em all to be sure. If he is hiding in one, great, saves an expensive ICC trial.
