Nahh, smart and rich assholes will evacuate in space(or another planet) leaving poor and dumb, wait utill Earth fixes itself and then come back if nothing happened. /s
Plus plenty of smart poors. Imagine what we could accomplish if they all left this planet and really allowed us to fix it?
