    The most heinous part is he would ABSOLUTELY not even pay the $8.13 a day. He’d rage and fight it in court for several thousand times what it would cost to just pay it.

      They’d make a business out of it. “For $40 a month you too can support Americas homeless population that we dropped off in the middle of no where! Receive a photo of your homeless once a year along with a bracelet tracking tag so you can see where your homeless is anywhere in the world!”

      The problem there is that getting him to pay would set an example. Billionaires can’t be seen to be coerced by the state into doing anything. That would show they are not untouchable, and would probably destroy the apathy from the general public which keeps them in power.
