There’s literally no downside to overeating if you’re a rich fuck. Your money buys you sex, companionship, friendship, the best medicine and doctors in the world (all of this is in air quotes), whatever your shallow heart desires. They don’t go for anything beyond the surface, it’s all they care about and know, because they’re all sociopaths.
