I asked him what it meant, and he said Trump derangement syndrome. I said what does that mean? He said you’re so obsessed with Trump you can’t avoid shitting on him. I told him dude, you’re so obsessed with him you have a name for a made up disease that assists in fondling his balls in your vocabulary. He genuinely couldn’t believe I had never heard the term. This was maybe 2022.
