Moana specifically is pretty good. 1 was fantastic, but Moana 2 I felt was just slightly too girlbossy.

But I guess in general Disney’s portral of women feels to be lacking. Marvel is one of the worst offenders. She Hulk just skipped past any sort of struggle one would expect with someone who can transform into the hulk, because “Women can control their emotions, better.”

I haven’t seen she hulk, actually didn’t know that came out haha. Moana I thought was good. But wasn’t Frozen 1 about her not being able to control her emotions so she would freeze things in accident? And I liked Encanto, which it’s been awhile but I believe it surrounds the idea of her feeling insecure while her sister is overpowered while ultimately emotionally wrecked.

I usually just avoid the marvel stuff though. I used to avoid Disney in general, but Moana and Encanto were fun. “Wish” I completely forgot about when I just looked what other animated movies they put out, so that wasn’t all that memorable, lol. Horrible name for a movie, it’s hard to even search for it

If you ever have doubt why you hate marvel, try watching Thor: Loce and Thunder.

I walked out of the cinema because it was just THAT BAD.
