When I heard Trump say to the Top Leaders of the Military today that “We’re not going to have someone take your place for political reasons. We take the people who are going to do the best job,” I started laughing so hard juice almost came out of my nose.

Since when does Trump ever best and brightest over a political friend? His cabinet is literally full of the Who’s Who of the MAGA Elite and while they maybe rich, they are also completely inept at the jobs for which they have been appointed to. Dimmest and Dullest rather than Best and Brightest is a way more apt description of Trump’s hiring/promoting to date, why would the military be an exception?
