Accurate record-keeping is an important part of our work and a legal requirement. Someone who doesn’t understand or care that using a standard format for the recording and analysis of information is important isn’t worth considering any further. Hiring someone so arrogant or lazy is worse than leaving the position open, because they cause more issues down the line than they resolve.
