It occurred to me that Biden was totally overshadowed by a panel of aged clerics nonstop interpreting religious scripture into law, as the republicans had stuffed the supreme court with their political appointees. And yet after two terms of Clinton and two of Obama you were supposed to believe that nothing could possibly have been engineered to stop that.
