You know that the e coli on the salad comes from the excrements of farmed animals that get spread on the fields because otherwise it would be expensive to get it all handled?
Also I live in the Midwest and I am fine as vegan, even during winter walking outside. And like most people I have a house and a heating anyways.
I’d actually argue that you’d have more problems cutting out the carbs during winter, than cutting out the meat.

I hope so as well. I’ve had many students, military members, friends, girlfriends, complete strangers, confide in me and tell me their dark pasts, seek me for help and I’ve helped them through it.
