I’m surprised so many people kept playing after BL2 honestly. I love the vibe and there was a lot of fun but the gameplay had all the same let down than in the first… I always felt like the fun kept getting interrupted with stupid shit like stopping to pick up loot.

For me, Doom Eternal was what the gameplay should have leaned towards. Just keep shooting and keep going, never slowing down.
