        Makes no sense.

        Russian writers wrote extensively on oppression and social struggle. I advise on reading “The Mother”, by Maximo Gorki. People struggling against an opressive regime doesn’t need the right/left dicotomy to be understandable and relateable.

            I agree with that, in part. Luxury animals are a great source of income, especially if the country has any sort of special control over the export.

            I remember an article on a dog breed from a small country which is higly regulated by the state. No animal can ne exported without previous vetting and the authorazition is pricey. They go so far to not recognize foreign born dogs as eligible for tbe pedigree, regardless of the parents.

      Considering the article doesn’t mention any specific publishing houses nor that there is any western publishing houses that has actually done this, and as you mentioned, most works are already public domain… The only thing that doesn’t make sense here is the article itself.

    wouldn’t do any good if they translated them anyways – westerners still believe in things that the american government has already labeled as false in gov’t releases like the freedom of information act and the jfk releases. lol
