Intellect is absolutely a worthwhile trait in a breeding partner. It should be sexy to be smart.
Also there’s a difference between being handicapped and being stupid. Stupid is a choice. More of a choice than even being obese.

Stupid is a choice is as much as access to good education is a choice.

And having all body parts is also a worthwhile trait in a partner. But that doesn’t mean you get a license to call them gross when they don’t.
Stupid is most definitely not a just choice.
