Seems like a bad take from my POV, as someone who uses and has made money using LLMs I feel is not ok to poison them, I wouldn’t feel ok with myself getting something for free and even gain money with and at the same time be poisoning it so my take will be: you can always block crawlers in your nginx.conf with some extra steps, you can even use an LLM to do it for you and improve to block all major crawlers. IMHO if it’s public data is even public for crawlers is up to you if you set up a block for these on your behalf.

My point is, you need two devices and ALSO the knowledge to set up these devices, it was implicit in the comment, some “normal” people even need support to setup WhatsApp do you really think they will use that kind of stuff? $20 is not a lot of money but there are people who can’t afford it anyway. Unless you live in an overpopulated area it will be pretty hard to find someone else using that kind of device, it’s just another hobby like VHF/UHF and CB.

I’m not saying people shouldn’t have children, what I’m saying is people should think if they are capable of affording children before having them. Also, I’m not saying people’s lives don’t change so people shouldn’t have kids. IDK why here people put words in my mouth I never said.

I believe it depends on what exactly is an official government account or who defines it. I mean, if it’s an agency account like the FBI. CIA or whatever I think isn’t a personal account is more like an account which represents the whole agency, but if the account is from someone called Hank Roberts from Illinois president of whatever I believe is a personal account. Politicians are public figures but also individuals.

If the account is something like POTUS I think in that case yeah it is a government account. My whole point is, people are free to post whatever they want in personal accounts(the ones clearly linked to their identity) beside them being public figures.

They are still individuals, and social media are made of personal accounts, unless it was a federal agency account, personal accounts belongs to the person itself not to the government.
