Sliding around is one part, the other is the lack of functional headrests in old trucks.
Idk GMC smoking crack putting those fakers in my 1994 K1500, they’re below my neck and not adjustable. Regulatory compromise, no care.
How do you do, fellow kids? You gettin’ indoctrinated on the world wide web? Radical!

Come on down to your local Burger Baron restaurant, rated the #1 pizza in Onoway, BC! First established in Edmonton, Alberta…is one claim amongst many!

In this case I’m referring to the Wonder Valley AI data centre campus just to be clear since I wasn’t in OP, it’s proposed for northwestern Alberta, Canada. Near Grande Prairie. He’s got multiple on the go.

I think so but now it’s being marketed as a feature which is nauseating.
If we thought outsourcing thinking to religions was bad, hoo boy. This shit is next level.

Reading that, my mind goes to a scene from Honey I’ve Shrunk The Kids when the girl is nearly drowned in mud from the lawn sprinkler system 😅

I can’t remember a year with more rain all at once like this. Farm fields looking dire.

6’5" here. Because very few people are noticeably taller than I am, when I meet someone who is it’s a crazy experience especially 7ft+.
I can recall being stun locked by having to look up at someone much taller than me 5 times total in my 35 years alive so far since middle school.
The opposite doesn’t really phase me until I’m physically holding a significant other. Then I’m like holy shit you’re tiny! Dunno why it doesn’t quite register until then.

I’m aware of the omissions of 90’s Alberta public education 🤭 Being made to stand for anthem and Christian prayer every morning was also pretty creepy. Special needs were bullied heavily and segregated from general school population. The Eugenics programs had only just ended there in 1990. I didn’t even know about residential camps until it became an international scandal. Embarrassing to find out at the same time as the rest of you.
I’ve been mainly focused on the history of languages, medieval period, and the Canaanites as of late. Indus Valley Civilisation makes the list now. I guess Bill got it wrong, damn. Still a catchy vid.

That’s certainly a historical gap in my education tbh.

I agree about hunter gatherers. I was coming at this from the perspective of when civilisation started “in a dank river valley near you” as Bill Wurtz put it with a few small huts beside the field owner’s bigger stick figure hut :p

Hierarchy was there right from the start so I don’t agree that we were ever on the same page as to why we do anything.
The length of the chain link fence segments sadly go against that hope 😅

I look forward to the slight bump in Mozilla userbase.

American defaultism strikes again.
America is the only country on Earth.

Glares in Alec Watson

I try to not use any, I have 6 and 4 of those are maintained by the developer, not some rando.
One I really dislike is that CachyOS when you install their gaming software bundle…it uses the AUR version of Heroic Games Launcher instead of their own repo and CachyOS does not maintain the Heroic AUR AFAIK. I guess because AUR updates more frequently than their own repo? I think it’s bad practice.

Is Germany a giant land mass sparsely populated?

I expect low voter turnout. I’ll go vote even though it feels dirty that I even have to.
The werewolf in Skyrim got physics enabled flaccid dong because I wanted to helicopter in VR and thought it only changed humanoid NPC and player character, not monsters. It was a super funny surprise seeing that giant salami flopping around in the scripted scene for whatever quest that was. Good job, dev.
