I always felt it was a failed attempt at US propaganda, because my take away from that movie was: Americans come in. Don’t know shit about the local people and their customs. Get overwhelmed. Run away with their tails between their legs to their base and fuck off.

It’s kinda like the movie “Aliens”.

I’m curious if anyone has ever done a longevity test. Rather than Io performance, I’m more interested in how quickly they wear out.
