I love how she’s just putting them in her kitchen fridge. Imagine having to spend your winter sleeping with a jar of mayo…

Yeah sorry I actually lied earlier. I am really a 40 year old neckbeard living in my mom’s basement. /s
I was 13 in 2016. Believe it or not, many different people are on the internet.
I am not proud of it, but I used to be like that when I was around 11 to 13. Seeing right wingers bully the pokémon go kid turned me away from them and now I’m a socialist.
I did loathe myself so much back then. I know now I was experiencing gender dysphoria but I didn’t know what it was then so it just made me confused and angry. I learned about the existence of transgender people from transphobes which just made me hate myself more.
So yes this a definitely a thing. I am not sure how you would discover this about someone while they are still in the self loathing stage, but I know of people in the self acceptance stage (myself included) who have talked about how they were like that in the past.

I know that there are people out there who hate me just because I exist and I know that will never change. While their words do not directly hurt me, they have the capability to incite physical violence against me which definitely can hurt me. It is not just me I worry about. My heart breaks for the victims of hate speech. People kill themselves because of it. People get murdered because of it. That is why it needs to be illegal.

That means no hate speech towards people based on race, culture, nationality, and ethnicity, gender and sexuality, religion, age, disability, etc.
Note that political affiliation and wealth are not protected classes.
I do not think it is dystopian or fucked up to fire someone because of hate speech. I would not want to be treated by a bigoted nurse. I wouldn’t trust that they would treat me properly. And I wouldn’t want to work with a bigoted person. I would be afraid of them. These people are bad for companies and cause loses. They should be fired. And that’s just looking at it from an economical point of view.

There are exceptions to the first amendment. People can get sued for defamation. People can go to prison for making threats or conspiring to commit a crime. Hate speech directed at a protected class should also be punished.
I strongly dislike red unless it is a pinkish or purplish red in which case I really like it. I will agree that beige is boring but I don’t hate it. Otherwise I like every other color, including stereotypically ugly colors like puke green.
