2 days agoI had to explain to my father that, because of the wording of the new york penal code, the only reason that trump isn’t a convicted rapist is that the defendant could not assert on the stand whether Donald Trump penetrated her with his penis or his finger. Digital rape is a sexual assault charge. Rape needs a penis.
