Genetics and health issues aren’t a big topic now, because of disabilities caused by genes. If your jurisdiction allows for example people with down syndrome to reproduce, you can’t argue about genetic defects by incest, as they are less likely/server. Here politicians did switch their argumentation towards protecting the family, which makes sense but only when they grew up as family. The problem is when siblings didn’t know each other, when they grew up, later fell in love and only then find out they are blood relatives, they legally can’t reproduce. You can’t argue with protecting the family, because they never where family. They don’t see them as brother and sister.

In Germany there is a group who is fighting to legalize it. About consenting, there is a different law in Germany, which protects that. In Germany for the age of consent, we have 3 categories (14, 16 and 18). The one that matters in this context is everything under 18. If one partner is under 18, you can’t fuck them, if you have a specific relation like teacher, family member, guardian. Also this only applies to consent. Rape is still rape.

But to be fair, a lot changed recently and being against incest “just recently” (still over 10 years) weakened their arguments. They don’t reevaluate everything that gets affected by court decisions or law changes, if now something else got weakened in their arguments. Consenting incest not between guardians, aren’t that many. It needs a group to collect facts and arguments and then need to present them but that doesn’t even guarantee politicians to act

Forget stats, I want to see commented replays. Every time I missed a hint of person. Every person that got romantic/sexual feelings for me and the best time to make a move. Every time I lost something or got robbed. Shit like that. I’m really interested in that, even though it could be hell, when you realize how much you missed. To really rub salt into the wound, they could show you “what if” scenarios of missed opportunities. For example what would have happened if I did a bit better at a job interview? What if I applied for a job, where I skipped over the ad? Of course only realistic stuff and just one change. For example I never had any plans of getting a doctor and there would have been several different changes, to be remotely realistic.

Interior temps only differ up to 5°C in the summer between a black and white car. And during winter it makes no difference. You need to remove any snow anyways before driving your car and getting your windows free, isn’t affected by the car color anyways. And once your car is covered, your car color doesn’t matter anymore.

I don’t miss any breaches (I inform myself with other news portals) and the most recent one with 2 billion is included but no actual account. Of course some of the addresses the spammers guessed for my domain could be in a breach that I don’t know of but I don’t care. Just guessing email addresses is not hard for a catch all address.

They want money? I have 2 domains registered and I’m currently at 10 breaches (9 on one and 1 on the other (my serious domain)).

The thing is, the stuff is bloated anyways. Aliases as “webmaster80@”, “webmaster13@”, “webmaster01@”, “2webmaster@” I never used. Even the “webmaster@” I only posted as contact mail but never used myself. There are 13 breaches across 6 aliases, that I never used. With Synthient Credential Stuffing 4 got added.

Spammers do roll a ton of addresses with that one domain. I even let AI wrote a ps script, so I can easily add an alias to my spam mailbox, which rejects any mail and deletes them instantly.

They should clarify it. If these 3 points are just offering an easier way to do it, then fine. If they block these features in general when you want to manage it yourself, then screw it. I had one self hosted software, which blocked remote access even when you use your own reverse proxy. At least it was a one time payment.

Databases are not the issue but that the updater doesn’t handle it… My personal instance and our work instance never take long (a few seconds) to fix the database. I mean the instance is already in maintenance mode and adding a checkbox to do it or not to do it, should be simple. I don’t know if there are instances where it takes long and its better to do it during the night.
