14·4 days agoI just read that it’s only going to proceed with Tesla owners who:
- purchased FSD packages between October 2016 and May 2017
- opted out of Tesla’s arbitration agreement between 2017 and mid-2024
That’s not very many people.
Only in California, but it’s a start. I can’t wait to get my check for $4.20 in 2035!
