I could be wrong but i don’t think the wine instances themselves are containerized. Maybe he’s confusing it with flatpak sandboxing, since that is the only officially supported way of using it.

I’d just like to interject for a moment…

Oh lol, if that’s the case then it got me good.
Do those monitors have a touch display? Cause holy moly those prints lol.
And perhaps eventually system76
So far i’ve only seen it when looking at gentoo install videos. I’ve never seen it show up on any of the distros i’ve used.
Hmm, i didn’t know ubuntu was using a different shell. I’ve used it a few times in a vm. Other than that i installed it on my laptop once like 15 years ago lol.
I never tried anything other than bash tbh. Not sure if i should. I never really looked into what i might be missing out on with a different shell. Bash just works so i never felt like messing around with it.
Looks like it’s a fork of the original project.

That’s awesome lol. I think i remember watching a bunch of HaikuOS videos on his channel a few months ago. Looks like he makes some great content.
Well see that’s your problem right there, you’re using ubuntu /j
Me logging in automatically but having my lockscreen autostart when my window manager starts (i just do it because it makes the login transition smoother compared to a display manager, and i’m the only person who uses my pc anyway).
I never tried gentoo cause i never liked the idea of compiling everything. I only compile if i have to because i always feel like it’s a waste of time in general. I have used NixOS for the past 6 months though, but i didn’t like how many issues it gave me when updating. Now i’m back on good old void linux.
Well, i’m probably not the right person to do that for you lol. I’ve daily driven NixOS for well over a year, however at the moment i’m actually working on a GNU Guix config in a vm lmao.
