It’s funny that this meme lasted for so long. In 40 years, I have never met anyone eating frogs or any restaurant selling those things.

On Hacker News, Microsoft tells you to pirate Harry Potter for some AI fun: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=47067759 (instructions here: https://archive.is/D9vEN)

FOMO, fear of missing out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fomo

You could also ask users to type the words fuck or shit in the description somewhere. LLMs cannot do that AFAIK.

Not a good thing to put that guy here:
Browse the internet
Winnie the Pooh and Tiananmen Square
Oh no, we need more firewalls
Also here is a copy-pasta that he will enjoy:
动态网自由门 天安門 天安门 法輪功 李洪志 Free Tibet 六四天安門事件 The Tiananmen Square protests of 1989 天安門大屠殺 The Tiananmen Square Massacre 反右派鬥爭…

They may be scamming everyone with the same increases hoping customers won’t complain or notice that.

Managers love shitty software as long as it’s within the deadlines.

It already happened when the French government gave private health data to Microsoft. The same government is now furiously backpedaling. I’m sure they still got their bribes.

To run AI models locally, you’ll need a computer with a capable CPU, sufficient RAM, and a powerful GPU
While it’s possible to run some AI models on a laptop, a dedicated desktop setup with a powerful GPU will generally offer better performance. The cost of building a dedicated AI PC can range from around $800 for a budget build to $2,500 for a performance-oriented system
Hope that helps /s
Same answer as that other guy. I tried Pop OS for a few months, and while the automatic tiling is tempting, it’s really buggy even with the new version. Linux Mint is the easiest IMHO and looks a bit like Windows 2000. I love it so far.
