Cops in the USA, as well as being scum, are terrified. The population has almost no access to mental health care, near unlimited access to guns, and many reasons to not trust the police. The police are also trained as “warriors” instead of guardians with a us vs them mentality. I’d imagine besides the legal ramifications, Uk and Eu police are just not as scared shitless and therefore don’t start popping off when an acorn hits their car or a 13 year old has a stick.

That’s a good point. I buy most of my produce at small natural food stores. It’s normally better, but more expensive for sure. Yeah supermarket produce can often be a let down.

Yeah I would definitely support her but I don’t know why you have downvotes. The fascist have been running character hit pieces on her and misinformation campaigns for like a decade now non stop. Also America has shown it’s true colors by electing Trump twice. I just don’t know how people think we go from an open racist to a women of color without major election reform. Which is happening. Just in the wrong direction. What reality are y’all living in where she has a chance? Citizens United made it worse, but we were fucked before then. Lobbying is just legalized bribery. We need to repeal Citizens United but then we need to keep going and rework the whole campaign finance and lobbying systems too.
