There are a million ways you can research because you have the internet.

Off the top of my head: organize locally (and online, though online is more risky for infiltration), attend protests, fund groups in resistance lawsuits (ACLU, NRDC for climate stuff, etc.), join mutual aid networks, constantly call your local congressperson and attend town halls. Educate yourself and share truth when confronted with mis/disinformation in your own real life, get others you know to involved and help them understand the predicament we’re in, rather than what they see on Fox or Newsmax or Tiktok.

Then there are the more extreme things that I wouldn’t condone such as providing the implicit threat of violence to back up whatever the peaceful protests are advocating. The Far Right in America has done that part very well in the past 15 years.

I don’t think this is even the big effect we’ll be seeing from AI. think that’ll occur over the next 12-24 months, as LLM operationalization occurs and matures the implementations.

No we’re not screwed. Yes the fascists are trying to solidify their tenuous hold but we will push back even harder and make their lives hell in every possible way, and fight to get back our representation as a whole. Stop with this defeatist bullshit and do something.

The rise of fascism in the mid-1920s to late 1930s was a direct response by the ruling capitalists to the ascent of real, populist/socialist/communist changes that actually threatened their power and wealth for the first time in history. It happened all over the world (well at least Europe), and it totally makes sense what we’re seeing now all over the world.

None of the above, but not going to blindly believe anything I read on a random blog on the internet though. Please have a little more logic/skepticism than MAGA at least. Follow ETA or SMART for more reasonable analyses, but still take those with a big grain of salt, because they could also just be grifters out for donations (or they could be legit).

Pretty much the same strategy that modern Democrats have had for the past 40+ years. I will absolutely vote for him in the general or support him in pushing against Trump/Repulicans, but he’s one of my least favorite Democrats now.
