No that was a separate piece of kit. You got the triangle, the compass, and the ruler in the same color plastic. If you were real cool your compass had like a ruler attached to it to make drawing the lines easier.
Does the Anglosphere not have degree markings on their triangles?
Could be one similar to this.

Wait what? What are these for then, if you cant measure angles or draw parallels? Just being able to draw 45 and 90 degree angles?
