Eight pages, that appear to have been produced by U.S. staff and left behind accidentally, shared precise locations and meeting times of the summit and phone numbers of U.S. government employees

That or they are such traitors that they were given to the Russians. Or so incompetent they were stolen by the Russians. No matter though, when the best case scenario is mere incompetence, the outlook is very grim indeed.
