It’s intentionally ambiguous so that the officials administering it always have an excuse to fail you if they don’t like the look of you (i.e. you’re not white).

Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.
