What’s this? From the top rope, it’s the SCOTUS!!! OHHH MAN!! Party line ruling deciding that no, California cannot do this because they’re not Republicans. Only Republicans can redistrict for political benefit.
I could be mistaken, but since this is a state level issue wouldn’t it rather go to the state supreme court?
