If I were in that position I would create a copy of that order but rub all the items on surfaces that the customer wouldn’t want them to be rubbed on and I would take all the rubbing business on video and send the customer the video. I would also make another video while packaging the customer’s actual order and shipping it. I would send the customer the first video. If they sued me I would use the second video as evidence. OR I would ship the order without all the rubbing and recording but empty a bottle of fart spray in the box before I shipped it.
