If you have one coming, it’s important to set up a local rapid response network. That means:
- A hotline for locals to call (and distributing the number)
- Town or neighborhood level signal chats to alert people about what is happening
- Whistle distribution so that it’s possible to rapidly alert immediate neighbors
- Starting regular patrols to spot ICE before they kidnap anybody

Violence isn’t going to improve this situation. And peaceful protests DO work. Learn some history.
I’d just like to point out how your comment, and mine below, got thirteen downvotes in the space of a single minute from much the same list of coordinated users, while every other comment in the thread has a max of two:
Oh look, and it’s the same list of users that upvoted the first comment, also in the space of a single minute:
So for anyone reading this, be aware that the call to violence is not one person’s honest opinion but part of an orchestrated campaign using at least thirteen separate Federated accounts to manufacture the appearance of both approval and disapproval that do not exist in reality.
Who wins if you get violent? History has a clear answer: the regime seeking to consolidate its power by any means possible, including manipulation of social media and delegitimization of genuine, peaceful grassroots movements.
You’re watching it happen, right here on Lemmy.
As if it were not already apparent, that same list of users is now upvoting my comments, like the one above:
Lemvotes is open for all to see. Upvotes, downvotes, doesn’t matter. Me, I don’t play that shit. I report it.
Are you commenting to yourself? So adorable. You think you stumbled onto something big don’t you. lol. Not just one pissed off person with coding skills. Although, thanks for helping me debug. Delayed votes, total votes input, random account selection. Good work bud.
It really is, thanks. You lost your temper and let us all see it for ourselves, lol.
It takes much more strength to resist provocation than to give into it out of ego: you are living proof.
Temper? Im mad? lol. I mean, I’m mad at the government in general but not like… upset now with you.
I know that you’re a fed simp trying to prevent an uprising of the people. You’re totally fine with what is to come—it won’t be freedom.
So, you—and your alts—can’t talk as smug as you want, but it doesn’t mean I’m wrong, or the bad person 💋
“you . . . can’t talk as smug as you want”
“the bad person”

I’ve noticed this myself
Thank you, it’s so important to shine a light on these deceptive disgusting practices
Keeping in mind the money and motivations is ALWAYS good practice, whenever you read or listen to anything
So important 🙉🙊🙈
Enjoy your fascist government 👍
Grab those pearls ;) voting means nothing.
Show me the peaceful protests in Nazi germany and how they worked. Because this is a takeover of the whole country.
