    Yeah I think a lot of people are missing the point- the kid rape is the blackmail. The real conspiracy is having everyone in a position of power blackmailed.

      I think their larger context is that blackmail ultimately steers them to occasionally ruin the world in the extortionist’s favor. That doesn’t change that they all would ruin it of their own free will anyway.
