Blockchain, then crypto, then AI. That leadership feels an awful lot like trend-chasing to me… but I guess that’s why I don’t make the big bucks.

I work for a CEO who constantly uses this phrase.
What sort of “thoughts” has he led with, you ask? Blockchain, then crypto, then AI. That leadership feels an awful lot like trend-chasing to me… but I guess that’s why I don’t make the big bucks.
What’s a better phrase for people who are authorities in their field?
