      Popularity doesn’t equal quality, though. Not to say anything about bad bunny since I don’t think I’ve ever heard his music before.

        I mean, quality is a subjective thing, especially with music. What I consider quality music you might think is garbage and vice versa.

        But if the song is a default at parties then it’s hard to argue that it’s low quality.

      I don’t entirely disagree, but I kinda feel like broad acceptance doesn’t necessarily equate to popularity. It’s like, yeah, I wouldn’t mind listening to Bad Bunny, but I’m also super unlikely to put it on myself you know?

        What is popularity if not broad acceptance? “Quality” is something else and mostly subjective, but it’s not directly related to popularity

      Let’s say that a reproduction in spotify is a sale (since is streaming and that’s how it works), perfectly we can say, once again that sales =/= quality, which, is the title of the post.
