They’re faced with the one thing money can’t always solve, and anything is better than dying Even causing Armageddon because rapture isn’t technically dying. Or the AI singularity because you think it’ll “appreciate” you enough to preserve you. The problem is, there’s always people on deaths door. The solution is only picking leaders who have something to live for after office.
