He’s only doing this at all because, even though he resigned in disgrace, he thinks he’s owed a shot at the White House, and mayor of New York is a first step back into the field.
I genuinely believe Alan Chartok would have a better shot at being mayor at this point.
Trump was found liable for rape, was responsible for fumbling America’s response to COVID killing a lot more than just people’s grandparents, and incited a violent insurrection against the Nation’s capitol and despite all that America handed him back the keys to the Whitehouse.
The majority of Americans seem to have short memories. Hopefully New Yorkers are better than that.
