Edit: there’s a lot of variations, some have pineapple, mayo or miracle whip, cool whip, vinegar or lemon juice, etc. but try just putting all those ingredients in a search and you’ll find all kinds of “sunshine salad” and "cottage cheese salad " recipes with Jello as the binder.
