Like, a seperate national Congress, SupremeCourt, and executive that will do the actual job of the federal government: print money, regulate interstate commerce, provide for the common good of the people, ensure universal health-insurance, collect taxes, raise an army, etc. You know, an actual government that governs. Then, since it will do the actual job of the government, we can safely ignore the corrupt cesspool that is there now.
