    Really? That’s how I normally sleep. I usually wake up around 2 or 3 in the morning, sit up and fiddle around online for about 45 minutes and then go back to sleep till about 8 or 9 in the morning.

      if you’re not feeling sleep deprived, then you’re doing it right. regardless of the “8 hours straight…or else” rule we’ve been forcefed forever

      I saw a video that referenced a study where they had all the subjects stop using all forms of artificial lights (including lights, tvs, phones, etc). Every one of them defaulted to that sleep pattern - without being told about it.
