      For me it stopped happening. Then I started seeing my past self as better. That’ s how I realised I peaked.

      Put in other way - if you look back at yourself and see a dumbass, savour it. It means you are improving.

        I don’t cringe at my past self, because I understand that I was working with the tools I had at the time, but I definitely don’t endorse my past actions or look at pictures of myself and think I look good.

        I do think I look better than I realized at the time, but I did not know anything about dressing myself after 7 years of uniforms and I had no idea how to communicate with hairdressers. I still can’t get a good haircut, but that’s beside the point.
