The list is supposedly not exhaustive, but I recommend everyone to search your plate to see if you’ve been tracked. I worry for the safety of the women who have been searched more than 50 times by the same user.



Unless your IP is shared with thousands of other people
You mean CGNAT? That’s maybe a dozen, not thousands, a few dozen at most. And your ISP logs your connections for some time, so given the target IP it’s still trivial to identify the subscriber.
I mean universities or corporate offices or VPNs. There’s loads of situations where IPs are very not unique.
