We don’t care TikTok has too many AI videos of dancing cats, we’re worried CEOs are trying to replace us with robots. We’re worried about it’s environmental impact. We’re worried about it’s impact on the workforce. We’re worried about how much power it can get or how it’ll evolve over the years. We’re worried about the harm it can cause when bad people get their hands on it, etc…
crying that AI can make pictures is so far off the mark on why you should be weary of it just makes you look silly. It leads me to believe you’re all children who don’t know anything about business and spend way too much time watching YouTube shorts
It is a driving force behind culture, empathy, society itself, and even science.
These AI companies are also lying to you about its effectiveness. That’s the point I’m making. You’ve already bought their lies.
More than one thing can also be important, and I would argue that trying to steal art from people is vitally important and a much larger part of the fight than most understand.
Nobody is stopping you from writing poetry. You still can… and the same amount of people will continue to not care that you like, totally expressed the darkness in your soul; which is nobody
Being concerned about companies not hiring entry level employees making it difficult for college graduates to find a job because AI companies have over-estimated it’s effectiveness in the business world is a legitimate complaint

Art is not just pictures though.
