Look at the rapid deterioration of labor rights and working conditions that came about within a few years after the USSR fell and western capitalists no longer needed to make sure their workers didn’t look too fondly at Communism.
For real and lasting change, the exploiter class must be ruthlessly suppressed, and the existing power structures destroyed, and a genuine democracy (which the US has never been) instituted in their place.
