I am complaining about the article because they imply Americans are taking things seriously while Carney is just throwing an empty excuse… “How much more serious can the Americans be?”

I do believe Carney is right in that we can sit down and talk trade when the brats down south stop throwing tantrums… the article seems to think that throwing threats and tantrums is equal to being serious about talking trade which is complete bullshit
