If I had to give that shit up then I want the damn feature. Otherwise waterproof speakers exist and we never had to give up anything.

Now I’m using over ear wireless headphones because I can’t mistakenly wash a huge set of cans.

Waterproofing was never meant for intentional, repeated, or extended exposure to extreme environments. That’s what waterproof cases are for. You know, the kind that allow your phone to go intentionally into water.
